ThedataofthepermanentcoastalmonitoringofUkrSECMintheOdessaregion, aswellassatellitedataonthechlorophyllcontentonthesurfaceoftheBlackandAzovSeas, andhydrometeorologicaldataattheportofOdessaportwereused. Resultsofthestudy - IntheOdessaregion, thereis a tendencytodecreasethecontentofmineralformsofnitrogen, anincreaseinthephosphorusphosphorusandtotalphosphoruswasobserved. Accordingtotheobservedincreaseintrophicityofwaterrelativetolastyear. Accordingtothecomplexindexofthe TRIX index, thewatersoftheOdessaregionin 2017 metthe "high" leveloftrophicity. Inareasremotefromindustrialzones, thetrophicityofcoastalwatersaccordingtotheaverageannualvalueofthe TRIX indexwas "average". AttheseashoreoftheDanube, inthecompositionoftotalphosphorusandnitrogen, thecontentofthesumofdissolvedmineralformspredominates, andwiththeremovalfromthemouththecontributionoforganicformsofphosphorusandnitrogenincreases. Thewatersoftheareaof ??thephilophoricfieldofZernov, accordingtotheindexofthe TRIX index, correspondedtothe "average" inAprilandthe "low" leveloftrophicityinJulyandAugust. InJune, a large-scale "flowering" ofturquoisewaterwasobservedinthesurfacelayer, causedbytheoutbreakofmicroalgaedevelopmentofcoccolithophoride (Emilianiahuxleyi). Floweringcoveredmostofthesurfaceofthe deep-waterpartoftheBlackSeaandwasobservedinthesouthernpartofthenorthwesternshelf. InJune, thedevelopmentofthenoctilyukawasmarked. InJuly, thenumberofNoctilucascintillansreachesthehighestinthesixremainingyearsofindicators. Highwatertrophicitylevelsincoastalareas, thepresenceofhypoxiaofbottomwatersincertainzones, aswellasthe "flowering" ofseawater, themassivedevelopmentofNoctilucascintillansindicatetheinadequatewaterqualityofespeciallycoastalareasofthenorthwesternshelfoftheBlackSea, whichrequiresfurtherreductionofnutrientloadinginthemarineenvironment.
