The aim of the paper is evaluation and condition diagnose of biocenoses and biodiversity of marine ecosystems. Research methods - studies of hydrobionts were conducted on the population (biocoenosis) level. During the studies, condition of planktonic and benthic communities of marine ecosystems was recorded. In the report are presented the results of observations on the hydrobiological component of the ecosystems of the marine environment of the Black Sea in 2017, according to environmental criteria and species-indicators, an assessment of the state of the biota has been carried out. Structural changes were marked in groupings of hydrobionts and their condition was be determined. The effects of extracted pollutants on the bottom sediments of the marine environment was modeled under laboratory conditions on the microalgae population. Active growth of Coccolithophore Emiliania huxleyi, and Dinoflagellate Noctiluca scintillans, indicates an increase in eutrophication level and an unstable ecological situation in the studied water areas during the summer.
