The aim of research was the evaluation of marine environment quality of coastal and open water areas of the north-western Black Sea on the methods of bioassay and bioindication of the environment quality by using aquatic organisms of different taxonomic levels. In the report are presented research materials of the assessment the quality of the environment relatively clean and anthropogenic pressured areas during 2017 by the methods of bioassay and bioindication by the physiological, morphological, systematic, quantitative, halobiont and saprobiological indicators of development the aquatic benthic organisms (mussels and microalgae). The comparative assessment of degree of influence during the year of environment on the test-objects and monitor organisms and in relation to the indexes which were obtained in the previous years in monitoring researches of the environment ecological condition was given.
