The aim of the paper is assessment of the condition of biocoenosis and biodiversity of marine ecosystems. Research methods - studies of hydrobionts were conducted on the populations (biocoenosis) level. During the studies the condition of the planktonic and benthic community of marine ecosystems was recorded. In the report are presented the results of observations on the hydrobiological component of the ecosystems of the marine environment of the Black Sea in 2017, shown data of biodiversity of planktonic and benthic hydrobionts. According to criteria, adopted by Secreteriat of Black Sea Commission, was assessed of the trophicity of waters using complex methods E-TRIX and BEAST. Modern data on the state of phytoplankton and level of chlorophyll-a, state of zooplankton, macrophytobenthos, meiobenthos and macrozoobenthos for the different regions of the sea were obtained. The lists of registered phytoplankton and macrozoobenthos species, is presented in Annexes A and B. The map of research stations is presented in Annexes C and D.
