The object of research is the procedure for approving maintenance and repair organizations and manufacturers of components of aviation equipment of state aviation of Ukraine in accordance with the Rules of approval of organizations for maintenance and repair of aviation equipment of state aviation (Part-145B). The subject of research is the activity of enterprises of Ukraine, which carry out maintenance and repair of aviation engineering and manufacture of components to it and which does not require approval of the competent authority. The purpose of the GDR is to improve the regulatory and legal framework for approval procedures for maintenance and repair organizations and manufacturers of aviation equipment components of the State Aviation of Ukraine. The analysis of the existing regulatory framework of Ukraine, the legal framework of European countries and the requirements of the ICAO, governing the approval of maintenance and repair organizations, as well as the organizations of the developer and manufacturer of aviation equipment of state aviation have been carried out. The criteria of activity, which does not require approval by the competent authority, for the organizations, which provide maintenance, repair of aviation engineering and manufacture of components to it, are determined. Based on the results of the performed researches, proposals for amendments and additions to the Acceptable Approach Methods and Guidance Material to the State Aviation Recommendations on the Application of Acceptable Approach Methods and Guidance Material to the Rules of Approval of Maintenance and Repair Services for State Aviation Equipment (Part-145B) have been developed. ) (МРДА-08/17) and to the draft Guidelines on Appropriate Methods for Establishing Compliance with the Certification Rules aircraft, related equipment, components and equipment belonging to military equipment, as well as designer and manufacturer organizations (Part-21B).
