The developed Methodology includes: scope of application and types of documents (materials) that are subject of technical review; the procedure for work activity management on the technical review and formation of contract; the procedure of technical review performance, including the definition of its volume; general sequence of technical review; carrying out of verification calculations; assessment criteria, which should be guided by experts during the technical review of materials (based on the laws of Ukraine, safety norms and rules and recommendations of international organizations documents); significance criteria of expert assessments. The developed Methodology is ready for implementation in SSTC NRS practice with aim to improve the quality of the state technical review of Technical Decision on reload composition and operation of fuel loading of units of Ukrainian NPPs with WWER reactors.
