Data have been analyzed for the spread of infectious diseases, including the reproductive-respiratory syndrome of pigs (RRRS), in pig farms in different regions of the world. The epizootic situation concerning RRCS in Ukraine was studied. The study of 67 samples of feces from pigs with different health status from farms of Poltava, Sumy, Lugansk and Dnipropetrovsk regions of Ukraine on the presence of genetic material of the causative agent RRRS and porcine circovirus was conducted. It has been established that these faecal samples are free from the genetic material of these viruses. The samples are prepared for further research by French partners.
