On the basis of a comprehensive clinical and instrumental examination of patients with osteoarthrosis of the knee, a clinico - diagnostic algorithm for surgical treatment of these patients. In determining the choice of the type of surgical intervention, the following features were taken into account: R-graphic stage of osteoarthritis, age of the patient, presence of aseptic necrosis of one of the femoral canines, bone defect size of the medial cannula of the tibia, and the value of flexural contracture.
