The purpose of the work is to improve the results of diagnosis and treatment of patients with orthopedic manifestations of patients with the consequences of spinal dysraphism by studying the clinical and radiological manifestations of the disease, their systematization, development of the system of conservative, operative treatment and a complex of rehabilitation measures.
