Nano-level structuring requires control of the field gradients in the semiconductor phase and is associated with the charge transfer at the electrode-electrolyte boundary. Microwave structuring requires control of concentration gradients in a solution and regulates mass transfer in 3D electrodes. The direction of growth of the solid phase corresponds to the preferred vector of the electric field, the tangential distortions of which are offset by the values ??of the field gradients, achievable in the pulsed mode. The high-frequency pulse-reverse mode gives control over the transport of charges in a semiconductor at a frequency of 10 kHz due to the removal of the transfer effect at the boundary of the semiconductor-solution and in the solution. At a frequency of 100 kHz, a critical delay is achieved for the transformation of the stoichiometric gradient TiО2 from the gradient of the electric field, which contributes to the crushing and compaction of the TiO2 phase. Therefore, the formation of metal phases of a given size is possible only at the micro level, and semiconductor structures with a characteristic size of 10 nm can not be formed by methods of electrochemistry of aqueous solutions. The new scientific methods are based on the new methods of protection against corrosion of valve metals in the elements of hemotronics and cathodic protection systems, a method for improving the technical characteristics of 3D-electrodes of gas sensors. For the first time it was shown the possibility of creating electrochemical diodes with one or both titanium electrodes.
