The purpose of the research is to improve the methods of biotechnological improvement of the source material of healthy potato varieties by creating optimal conditions for the adaptation of virus-free plants in vitro to the open soil when using energy-saving technologies and biological products. Improved technology for growing seed potato seed by creating optimal conditions for the adaptation of virus-free plants in vitro to open soil using energy-saving methods of growing micro plants and biologics. The technology is described in scientific and practical recommendations. It has been established that the use of two methods - red light correction during the last in vitro cuttings and bacterization of potato plants when planted in the open ground with Polymyxobacterin and Baktopaslen microbial preparations, contributes to an additional increase in the survival rate of potato varieties of Tiras, Shchedryk, Chernigovsky Souvenir from 4.4% to 15.7%, productivity - from 11.7% to 22.4%, an increase in the number of tubers in a clone from 3.8% to 26.1%, depending on the type of potato and biological product, which reduces the cost of producing the first potato lubnevogo to generation by 10 - 25%. The use of red light correction with the help of phyto-LEDs has reduced the cost of potato plants in vitro by 10 - 12% due to energy savings.
