Purpose - to investigate the influence of metal nanocarboxylates on the activity of nitrogen-fixing bacteria for their effective introduction into agrocenosis. Research methods - microbiological, biochemical, mathematical. The research was conducted with bacteria of the genera Rhizobium, Bradyrhizobium, Azotobacter and Azospirillum. The influence of metal chelates on the activity of diazotrophs is studied and the complex on their basis is selected, which increases the activity of bacteria: growth, nitrogenase, synthesis of substances of phytohormone nature. It was established that the use of this complex for pre-planting bacteria of seeds of crops contributes to their more intensive growth and development, intensification of nitrogen fixation in the root zone of plants. In conditions of field experiments with winter wheat, it was found that preplant bacteritisation of R. radiobacter 204 seeds activated by nanocarboxylates increases the potential of nitrogen fixation activity by 93%, the content of dry matter in plants - by 33%, increase of yield - by 25%. A method for increasing the activity of diazotrophs under the action of metal nanocarboxylates has been developed.
