The result of the research proposed and theoretically justified tools for solving practical problems related to the dynamics of the rolling stock and the interaction by rail, including for solving problems of interoperability and the introduction of trains with higher speeds. Accurate determination of dynamic parameters will improve the reliability and safety of transport process in modern conditions of railway transport of the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine.
