Morphological criteria for application various histochemical methods to more accurately detection the presence of the tuberculous process and the degree of its activity was developed. It was established that the diagnostic efficacy of the Ziehl-Neelsen method was 91.2%, fluorescent - 94.1%, and immunohistochemical studies - 97.1%.
