G. Yanovsky popup.description2 The object - 210 patients with dissemination in the lungs whom lung biopsy had been done applying different invasive methods. Aim - to improve differentiative diagnostics of lung dissemination syndrome , creating a new way of invasive diagnostics and algorythm of diagnostics actions with the lung dissemination syndrome. Methods -- clinic- instrumental, laboratory examinations, cytologic, micro-biological, patomorphological, statistic. Found to be the informativity of different types of biopsy material for histological examination was studied. Among etiological factors sarcoidosis 46,0 % and oncological lesions 21,3 % are more common. The information of videotorakoscopic pulmonary biopsy was 98,0 %, video-assisted biopsy 94,7 %, transbronchial biopsy with fibrobronchoscopy 87,5 %, open biopsy 100,0 %. The informative value of the histological examination of the lung biopsy for determining the etiology of intrapulmonary seizure was studied, which is 87,5 % to 100,0 % depending on the method of obtaining the material. 25 new medical technologies have been developed, among them 4 methods of lung biopsy - "The method of pulmonary biopsy in pulmonary diffusion syndrome of obscure genesis", which allowed to reduce the incidence of reflux of the lungs from 18,8 % to 3,4 %; "The method of lung biopsy in pulmonary disseminated syndrome of obscure origin", which allowed to reduce the incidence of reflux of the lungs from 21,9 % to 4,0 %; "The method of videotracoscopic lung biopsy in pulmonary syndrome of obscure genesis", which allowed to shorten the term of inpatient treatment with 18,4 to 8,2 days; "The method of lung biopsy in pulmonary disseminated syndrome of obscure genesis", which allowed to reduce the incidence of reflux of the lungs from 13,9 % to 3,0 % of cases and to reduce the cost of a biopsy of the lung.
