Methods - clinical, immunological, statistical.It has been established that the frequency of cases of hypersensitivity to anti-TB drugs (PTP) is determined in vitro by various immunological methods in patients with TB with clinical manifestations of intolerance to drugs was: to rifampicin in 75.0% - 87.5% of patients, isoniazidum - in 87.5% - 100.0% of patients; ethambutol - in 62.5% - 87.5% of patients. The peculiarity of immune status in patients with TB with manifestations of hypersensitivity to PTP is a significant increase in the content of leukocytes by 33.8%; an increase in the levels of immunoglobulins of class E in 194.1% of blood serum of patients with allergic manifestations compared with those of patients without symptoms of allergy; circulating immune complexes of small size in blood serum by 34,6% and anti-TB antibodies more than 4 times, indicating a more pronounced tumor of humoral immunity in patients with TB with manifestations of hypersensitivity to anti-TB drugs.
