G. Yanovsky popup.description2 Object - the official statistical figures about the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). Aim - to improve efficiency of treatment of patients with TB by introduction of complex of organizational measures for warning of uneffective treatment of patients with this disease. Methods - mathematical, statistical. Absence of positive dynamics of results of treatment of all categories patients with TB in cohorts of 2010-2015 was well-proven. Negative tendencies was educed: reduction of percent of patients, that was cured and completed treatment, increase of the deaths, with unsuccessful and default treatment, especially among the repeated cases TB and multidrug resistant ТВ (MR TB)/widely resistant ТВ (WRTB). In most administrative territories indexes of efficiency of TB treatment were worse of the middle Ukrainian (in 1/3 for the new, in 1/2 for repeated and МR TB cases). The efficiency of treatment of TB cases was achieved (%) for new cases - 75,0, for relapses - 63,3, for other repeated - 57,9, for new MR TB - 56,7, for repeated MR TB - 38,9. Considerable potential was revealed for the improvement of treatment of all categories of patients by all indexes, including for reduction of the interrupted treatment : 6,2-7,6 % for new cases and 14,5-17,5 % for МR ТB. Efficiency of treatment of patients with TB in Ukraine and Europe was below than world indicators - 75,0 % and 76,0 % as against 85,0 % (for new cases); 47,8 % and 51,0 % as against 75,0 % (for МR ТB). The Ukrainian indexes were worse European, as among the new cases ТB (the deaths - 10,6 % as against 8,0 %, unsuccessful and interrupted treatment - 8,2 % and 6,1 % as against 5,0 %) so among МR ТB (26,6 % as against 13,0 %; 11,2 % as against 16,0 %; 13,7 % as against 12,0 %). Efficiency of treatment of patients with TB in NIFP NAMN Ukraine (2013-2017) was better, than in Ukraine: the stopping of the bacteriosecretion - 96,3 %, healing of cavernae - 69,9 % (the new cases); 93,7 % and 65,0 % МR ТB); the deaths - 0,3-1,7 %. The criteria of estimation of efficiency of TB treatment were established, that are founding for development of organizational measures on warning of uneffective treatment of patients with TB.
