Technological techniques for manufacturing scintillation composite X-ray detectors for medical diagnostics have been worked out. Samples of scintillation composite X-ray detectors based on ZnSe and GAGG: Ce have been manufactured for optimized technology and design of detectors. The influence of the size of particles and the conditions of manufacturing of ZnSe composite scintillators on their light output, spatial resolution and level of afterglow was studied. It has been established that the largest light output and level of afterglow for the energies of X-ray quanta from 40 to 70 keV have composite scintillation detectors with ZnSe 100-140 ?m scintillation granule size.
