The efficiency of the complex approach to the study of hydrographic objects, based on the use of space images, topographic maps, and maps of soil cover, taking into account the type of relief, has been proved. The results of the assessment of state of territories with dangerous and destructive processes (karst formations, technogenic threats, avalanches and earthquakes) are presented. The developed methods and technologies are applied for real objects. The researches of accuracy and efficiency of the use of images obtained from UAVs for the creation of large-scale orthophotomaps (cadastre, military affairs, etc.) have been performed. The theoretical bases for creation of automated systems for processing images obtained on raster electronic microscopes are presented.
