The aim of the work is to study the processes which occur in deformed nuclei with violation of the selection rules with respect to asymptotic quantum numbers, to systematize the experimental data, to reveal regularities peculiar to the data in order to derive empirical formulae for calculation of the probabilities of these transitions and test of their validity in experimental searches of high- multipolarity transitions in decays of K-isomers and K-forbidden transitions in deformed nuclei. Methods of investigations -- high-resolution beta- and gamma-spectrometry. Estimates for probabilities of K-forbidden gamma-transitions in deformed nuclei have been obtained and their validity in experimental searches of high-multipolarity transitions in decays of the isomers has been tested. The decay scheme of 177mLu has been refined, the intensities of branches of gamma- and beta-minus-decay of this isomer have been determined, conversion coefficients for three K-forbidden gamma-transitions have been calculated.
