Object of research - subtypes of ischemic stroke in acute period. Objective: To establish the pathogenetic mechanisms of ischemic stroke subtypes in the acute period on the basis of the study of hemodynamic and metabolic factors and apoptosis indices for the improvement of diagnostic tactics and the determination of the predictors of unfavorable flow of different subtypes. Research methods - general-clinical (NIHSS scale, Bartel index, modified Rankkin scale, neuropsychological examination (Montreal scale of cognitive function assessment, MCA), Medical Outcomes Study Short Form (SF-36), hospital scale of anxiety and depression (HADS ); instrumental (computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging of the brain, transcranial duplex scan, Echo-DKG, capillaroscopy of the nail bed); laboratory: biochemical, with the activity of cathepsin D, mitochondrial and intraocular itynnoyi SOD, caspase-3 ELISA with determination of the content of inflammatory mediators, stable metabolite of nitric oxide, endothelin-1 tsytofluorymetrychni of determining the number of white blood cells in the stage of apoptosis, necrosis, with elevated intracellular ROS and reduced mitochondrial potential, statistics. The results of the study are implemented in the medical process. Forecast: the clinical and hemodynamic features of different subclasses of ischemic stroke will be studied to improve the diagnostic tactics and to determine the predictors of the adverse course of different subtypes in the acute period and cognitive impairment during lacunar stroke.
