In particular, it was: - environmental degradation of anthropogenic origin in modern pig production of Ukraine is typologized; - the structure and prevalence of polymorbid pathologies of cows of the postnatal period was studied; - the nosological profile of pathologies in dogs has been determined; - features of the course of pregnancy, calving and postpartum period in cows; - prooxidant-antioxidant status of cows and goats was studied in ovariodystrophy; - the concentration of immunoglobulins depending on the state of the fetoplacental complex in sheep has been established; - the effectiveness of surgical treatment and microstructural changes in the organs of the genitourinary system with urolithiasis in cats have been studied; - the conjunctival microflora, hematological and biochemical indices of clinically healthy cats with artificial superficial trauma of the connective membrane of the eye; - the possibility of using colpocytoscopy to determine the optimal insemination time in nutria has been studied; - the efficiency of thermographic diagnostics of mastitis in cows is determined at the control at the microstructural level; - a rapid assessment of the reproductive capacity of dogs in a nursery; - the effect of the peat additive ("Torvet") on the physiological and biochemical parameters of pigs' blood in the suckling and early post-irradiation periods was established; - the problem of intravital diagnosis of neoplasms of the mammary gland in bitches, laboratory control of metastasis and recurrence has been solved, methods for their surgical treatment have been improved, pathogenetically substantiated postoperative pharmacological correction has been developed; - prospects for using the nanopreparation "Caplaestrorol + OV" in veterinary reproductology have been determined. Structuring and typologization of ecological destructions of anthropogenic origin, which should become a starting point for consideration, ordering and search of interrelation in pathologies of various genesis is offered. It was revealed that 46% of all obstetric pathologies occupy combined diseases in the form of ketosis-endometritis, endometritis-hypoluteolysis, ketosis-hypoluteolysis, ketosis-endometritis-hypoluteolysis). It was studied that the share of surgical diseases in the structure of the overall incidence of dogs was 44%, while the reproductive pathology - 20%, non-contagious - 17%, invasive diseases - 15%, infectious - 4%. Of the total surgical pathology, neoplasm accounts for 21%, purulent wounds - 5%, paranal adenitis - 16%, dermatitis - 7%, follicular conjunctivitis - 4%, for other surgical pathology - 29%. At the same time, there is no evidence of a pedigree, age or seasonal predisposition to diseases. It is determined that obstetric-gynecological pathology in cows causes long-term symptomatic infertility caused in 19.9% by the subinvolution of the uterus, endometritis and vulvo-vaginitis, which, together with mammary pathologies (mastitis, stiffness, trauma) are the main causes of culling. The pathology of labor is mainly due to large-fruited and weak contractions. It was found that in the blood serum of cows and goats with ovariodystrophy, in comparison with clinically healthy animals, carotene content was significantly reduced (112.3-212.8%), vitamin A (53.2-78.1%), zinc (28, 9-33.6%) and reduced glutathione (19.1-23.6%). At the same time, the malonic dialdehyde content and catalase activity were increased (by 25.3-31.2% and 81.5-91.1%, respectively). The revealed differences testify to the important role of processes of lipid peroxidation and the state of the antioxidant defense system in the genesis of ovariodystrophy in cows and goats. It was revealed that the physiological parameters of homeostasis in sheep, in comparison with the deviation from the norm (carotene and zinc deficiency and disorders in the fetoplacental system), decreased the concentration of immunoglobulins in milk (by 30.15%), the total area of the villous chorion (by 13%), the mass of the placenta (by 17.19%), the mass of newborns (by 13.11%). It has been studied that the main anthropogenic factors contributing to the incidence of cats urolithiasis are the animal ration, hypodynamia and castration at an early age. Thus, pathology is recorded uniformly throughout the year with a slight increase in spring (33.3%), in all age groups with a predominance in animals 2-5 years (75.0%). Microstructural changes in the organs of the genitourinary system with urolithiasis are characterized by certain destructive changes in the renal parenchyma (in the urinary tubule and in the filtration apparatus of the kidneys), the cortical substance of the kidneys (expansion of the Shumlyansky-Bowman capsule, the lumen of the proximal convoluted tubules, the thin segments of the Henle loop knees, endothelial destruction the walls of the capillaries, in some cases - thickening of the capsule, swelling of the endothelium of the glomerulus and the increase of the convoluted tubules), urethra (swelling of the endothelium of the capillaries, disturbances hemodynamic with hemolysis of erythrocytes, amorphous crystals phosphates and oxalates), bladder (total or diffuse desquamation of the epithelium, vascular congestion and expansion submucosal and muscular layer, infiltration interstices spaces), the penis (swelling phenomena in the cavernous bodies and breach the integrity of the urethra). It was found that surgical methods of treatment (cystotomy and urethrostomy) in certain cases have a high efficiency - in cats with multiple large calculi in the bladder should be performed by cystotomy, with urethral occlusion it is advisable to perform urethrostomy. A certain seasonality of the incidence of cats for otitis externa - spring and autumn periods (34.1% and 29.8%) was established. Pathology often occurs with hyperemia of the external auditory canal (80.8%), pain in palpation of the base of the ear (74.4%) and is accompanied by the release of exudate (70.2%). In this case, local damage to the conjunctiva in the experiment is accompanied by the development of a limited normoergic inflammatory reaction without distinct symptoms of lacrimation, light phobia and blepharospasm, but in animals there are certain shifts in the leukocyte formula, namely the relative increase in monocytes and stab neutrophils. It is established that 60% of clinically healthy cats are carriers of chlamydia and 10% of mycoplasmosis, in 10% of animals there is a presence of both chlamydia and mycoplasmas. The presence of microflora in the conjunctive cavity was found in 68.8% of clinically healthy cats, among which the overwhelming majority (81.9%) accounted for staphylococci, including St. albus and St. aureus (at 22.2%), St. epidermidis (55.5%). Complex treatment using meatotimpanalnocaine blockade provides more intensive tissue regeneration in the external auditory canal and ensures complete and rapid recovery of animals, which is confirmed by the normalization of hematological parameters. It is determined that vaginal cytology is an accessible, easy-to-use and sufficiently informative method that can be used to determine the optimal timing of insemination of nutria. The possibility of using colpositoscopy for assessment of the fetus and pregnancy course for further development of methods for diagnosis and prevention of pathology of ante, intra and postnatal development of puppies is suggested. The effectiveness of thermography in the diagnosis of hidden forms of inflammation and, in particular, the high sensitivity of serous, c Product Description popup.authors
