Study of electronic properties of nanoclusters metal oxide systems for gas sensors. popup.stage_title Head Pelykh Volodymyr, Доктор фізико-математичних наук Registration Date 27-03-2018 Organization Pidstryhach Institute of Applied Problems of Mechanics and Mathematics NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 The study of the eclipse of the SST-1M receiving chamber (small Cherenkov telescope) with the elements of the prototype design was carried out and one central ring was calculated with a "hollow" topology, taking into account the contributions of the inner ring and the outer part of the trigger. Installed and configured the latest version of ctapipe for the reconstruction of muon rings. During the reconstruction of muon rings, all the basic parameters, such as: the radius of the ring, its thickness, optical efficiency, etc., were reproduced. The processes of formation of nanoclusters ZnO in a chemically active medium by means of the molecular dynamics method are analyzed. It has been established that the formed clusters are mainly formed in three structural phases: amorphous, wurtsite and cubic zinc melting, depending on the condensation conditions. The shape and structure of newly formed nanobjects depends on the nature of the final stage of formation, in particular, the cooling rate, which is observed in experimental studies.
