The proposed scientific and technical solutions extend essentially the functional and increase the efficiency of the systems of escape detection in comparison with the system proposed at the previous stage intended for stationary regimes. The realization of the work results in gas-supply system of Ukraine will enable: the accuracy of operative balance of gas mass in gas-supply system and computing its caloricity, decrease the gas loss during its transportation, minimization the ecologic results of non-controlled decompression of the pipe-lines.
