The possible interpretation of such bursts on the basis of the plasma radiation mechanism is discussed. By Ukrainian radio telescopes UTR-2 and URAN-2 recorded dozens of unusual bursts. The time and frequency parameters of these bursts are not similar to any of the known bursts of the decameter range; the degree of circular polarization of caterpillar-type bursts is about 10%. The properties of bursts of pairs of IIIb-III type that were observed on the radio telescope URAN-2 in the frequency range 16-32 MHz are analyzed. Analyzed duration, frequency drift rate, frequency ratio at the same time and the degree of polarization of bursts of steam of IIIb-III type.
