The purpose of the work is to develop modern approaches to the integrated assessment of the health of the children population in order to improve the principles of dynamic monitoring of its formation with the use of information technologies. The multivector orientation of age change of direct and indirect indicators of children's health was revealed. An automated method for identifying potentially hazardous components of the integral assessment of the health of children has been developed, the expediency of designing the indexes according to the author's technique has been proved, taking into account the direction of the effect of the initial indicators. The risk for the health of children is calculated, which is related to the influence of factors of a way of life and ecological conditions with setting of limits of their negative influence.
