The purpose of research: protection of the population from the negative influence of the risk factors of physical, chemical and biological nature, created by the work of some means of normalizing the internal environment of residential premises. Methods of research: physical, chemical, mathematical, sociological, bacteriological, analytical. Reliable (P <0.05) differences of personal anxiety indices were revealed in the presence of diseases depending on the residence in conditions of satisfactory or unsatisfactory natural light and insolation of housing. It has been established that the operation of split systems leads to an uneven distribution of the air temperature in the room. It is proved that the internal units of domestic air conditioners and ventilation systems with the recuperation violate the acoustic state of residential premises and cause a negative subjective assessment of the inhabitants.
