In series of technological processes samples of Li2B4O7-MgB4O7 quasibinary row, doped with Cu or Mn as well as glassy ans crytalline Li2B4O7 samples activated by Eu, Er and Tb oxides of various concentration. Thermoluminescent properties of industrial detectors are compared to those of Li2B4O7:Cu and Li2B4O7:Mn single-crystal samples irradiated by low-energy X-rays. Sensitivity, linearity of characteristics, energy dependence, reproducibility and fading at 313 K are studied. The characterisctis of the materials are shown to comply with the requirements and can be used in medicine for cliniucal studies.
