The object of the research is the forest plantations of the territory of the projected reserve "Volia Yakubova". Methods of research - forestry and taxation; geobotanical, floral, phytosociological. The purpose of creating the reserve "Volia Yakubova" is determined by four main aspects: ecological; historical; botanical, forestry. Creation of the object of the nature reserve fund will allow to realize: the heritage of large-scale oak and alder phytocenoses; protection of typical and rare pre-Carpathian phytocoenoses; on the example of the planned reserve you can follow the transition from the natural zone of the forest-steppe to the lower Carpathian forest-steppe vegetation belt.
