The results of multiple alignment of the sequences testify, the number of possible primers varies within different species. In addition, specific primers for individual actin genes in flax were synthesized and tested. The obtained results testify about the presence of polymorphism of the length of the II intron in some actin genes both on the intercultivar and on the intracultivar levels.
