The purpose of the work - on the basis of a comprehensive study of clinical and psychopathological and psychological peculiarities of neurotic, affective and organic mental disorders, to develop treatment and rehabilitation measures to improve the quality of life of mentally ill patients. In this work a scientific problem is solved concerning the features of diagnostics and treatment and rehabilitation measures in patients with neurotic, affective and organic mental disorders. According to the results of the study, a method of rehabilitation of psychogenic anxiety-depressive disorders in patients with pancreatitis was developed through a step-by-step medical-diagnostic and treatment-correctional measures. A system of treatment and preventive and rehabilitation measures was developed at the employees of the internal affairs bodies with revealed non-psychotic mental disorders. The principles of treatment and rehabilitation measures in the structure of psychiatric care for patients with brain tumors have been developed. The diagnostic criteria of crisis states for military personnel and persons from zones of military conflicts are distinguished, measures of their correction and prevention are developed. Risk factors and protective factors of suicidal mortality in Ukraine were allocated and ways to prevent suicides were developed.
