A priority research direction is the compilation of a bibliography of the Ukrainian book in Galicia, Bukovyna, Transcarpathia, Volyn, and in emigration from 1932-1939 as part of the national bibliography. Over the fifth volume of the bibliography (1932-1935) there is a group of compilers from five people. 1052 editions were worked out. For the historical and book research of the first edition of "Enejida" (1798) I. Kotlyarevsky in libraries, museums, archives of the world as a factor of intercultural relations, 46 p. were written. For a historical and bibliographic study "Reception of works of Western Ukrainian writers of the interwar period in Polish literary sources," which will contribute to wider historical and literary studies of interethnic cultural ties, a source base was created, and 265 titles were collected. The problem of studying the interaction of Ukrainian culture with the European cultural environment is being developed in the scientific field in the monograph "Cultural Representation of Ukrainian Emigration in Europe in the Mid-1940s - Early 1950s (on materials of literary and artistic publishing projects)" 96 pages were written. The study of the polyethnic nature of the book publishing activity of public organizations in Galicia up to 1939 as a synthesis of cultures is carried out in the corresponding scientific-bibliographic edition. 250 titles have been collected, commented and systematized in the relevant sections. The annotated catalog of Ukrainian publishing houses and publishing houses in Galicia (1914-1939) registers 155 titles of publishing houses, 10 biograms of the publishing movement, 80 titles of publishing literature.
