A set of economical-mathematical models for improving management in the system of food security by indicators of quantity, price and quality in meat-dairy and vegetable segments has been developed. Clustered neural network models of agrarian market development have been suggested to increase the supply of grain and milk from Ukrainian producers. The algorithm of the analysis in the efficiency of logistic systems which function in the structural boundaries of the grain-product subcomplex of the agrarian complex as a set of functionally dependent agricultural and industrial enterprises with consideration of external and intra-system organizational and economic factors has been worked out. The possibilities and ways of organizing the implementation of individual orders of farmers on the basis of the logistic concept "BOA" have been determined. The research was carried out on the methodological basis, which obtained the author's development. The marginal nature of changes in the cost of repairs and maintenance in the long term has been grounded. A formula has been suggested for more precise planning of expenses for repairing and maintenance in agriculture. The complex methodical approach to the organization of inter-farm machine use with the focus on stages of the implementation of the logistic system "BOA" has been developed. The logistic model of the optimal implementation of farm orders has been created taking into account the volume of loading of equipment. The reasonable spheres of using terms "a logistic model" and "a model of logistics" in the agrarian business environment have been determined. The methodology of forming logistic models in the management of separate social and marketing systems at the agrarian enterprise according to the criteria of minimization and maximization has been developed.
