The distribution of land for land shares led to the violation of the organization of the territory of agricultural lands, including crop rotations. (Мельник, Жмурко, 2010). The fertility of lands is degraded catastrophically due to excessive and improper land use. Progressive deterioration in the quality of soils and a decrease in their fertility pose a real threat to the crisis in the production of agricultural products, in particular, food products (Генсирук, Фурдычко, Бондарь, 1995; Мельничук, 2014). The priorities of modern agrarian science are the search for ways to increase the efficiency of the use of natural resources, the sustainability and environmental safety of agricultural landscapes, their adaptation to the natural self-regulation of the biosphere (Экологические проблемы земледелия, 2010). The only way to prevent an environmental threat to the biosphere is the greening of agricultural production. This term is understood as a set of measures that include: rational use of natural resources at all stages of their processing; reproducing and replacing them with other types of raw materials; a sharp decrease in waste and the content of useful substances in them; rational location of production capacities; formation of environmental thinking among all workers (Экологические проблемы земледелия, 2010; Кобылинская 2013; Степень, Казьмир, 2014). In the context of a significant intensification of agricultural production, it is organic farming that ensures not only the achievement of food security, but also the successful solution of environmental issues. (Безус, Амелина, 2016). Organic agriculture is inherently a multifunctional agroecological model of production with certain goals, principles and methods, based on careful management (planning and management) of agroecosystems. The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of influence of macroeconomic factors, education level, the state of the environment on the development of organic farming. To achieve this goal, the following studies were conducted: an assessment of the institutional framework for the development of organic production in Ukraine was conducted, an assessment of the risks and prospects of organic agribusiness in Ukraine, an analysis of the assortment of organic food products in the city of the Dnieper, studied the ecogenetic consequences of the influence of chemical mutagens on wheat plants with soft winter wheat , biodiversity of agroecosystems was studied with a decrease in the pesticide load.
