The research objective is to develop and research methods and tools of decision making for data processing in intelligence systems of pattern recognition. The methods of research include methods of artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, decision theory methods, highly productive computations. To increase generalization abilities of the synthesized recognition models, data reduction methods were developed. These methods allows to reduce training data sets, removing unnecessary and noninformative descriptive object attributes. The developed data reduction method doesn’t use greedy search strategies and is based on stochastic approach, which allows to leave local extremums. In such a way search of informative combinations of descriptive attributes and extraction of observations with the biggest significance from data set is realized. It enables to reduce volumes of processed data during recognition model construction and as a result to reduce time of synthesis of such models and to construct models with less number of parameters and computing elements.
