The coating was carried out on a "Bulat-6" installation using arc plasma source, electrostatic filter "open architecture", high-frequency potential on the substrate and control of the technological process. The following technologies are worked out: - Coating TiN with a Ti interlayer to a cutting tool for crushing nuts in confectionery production, made from cold-rolled sheet steel 65G (domestic production) and 20X13 (foreign). The I-V characteristic and the detection characteristics are investigated. - The surface of flexible medical polyurethane was modified with the help of biocompatible nanocoatings obtained by a vacuum-arc method with an assisted high-frequency field at a low temperature.
