Methods of research: analysis and compilation of information available on the subject, physical experiment. A laboratory prototype of equipment for conducting of researches using the pulse-discharge disintegration method as the most perspective and the one which allows achieving micron value fractional composition of processed material was developed. The equipment consists of pulse current generator with power of 30 kW, discharge chamber with volume of 10 L which provides required maximum radius of destruction in the pure water and in the water with addition of surfactants, control unit with switch of high-voltage pulse discharges of 3 Hz frequency. Container glass was chosen for disintegration as a raw material out of economic and environmental concerns.
