The equipment consists of a stabilized alternating current source based on a voltage inverter with a series resonant circle and a reactor in which nanocarbon synthesis is directly performed on the structural surface. Discharge current is regulated according to the adaptive principle, which is based on two optimal control laws - continuous (by changing the frequency of the inverter) and discrete (by switching current-limiting chokes). Voltage of the discharge channel is regulated in accordance with the relay principle of control by changing the length of the interelectrode gap in the reaction volume. The length of the interelectrode gap is controlled by the input power. Tests of the created electrical equipment confirmed the scientific results. The developed equipment provides productivity up to 20 g/year. Synthesized materials have a high degree of uniformity in size, and are characterized by high chemical purity (99 to 99.8% of carbon).
