It was found that the low-energy (2-7 keV) bombardment of the surface by helium atoms intensifies the migration of adatoms of radiation origin. The results can be used in the study erosion processes of the first wall in fusion devices, as well as for radiation technologies. The influence of nanometer scale structure created by combined severe plastic deformation (SPD) at 77 and 300 K, and its changes when annealing (500-870 K) and ultrasonic processing on creep characteristics Zr and alloy Zr1Nb at temperatures 300 and 700 K. Ultrasonic processing with optimal amplitude can be an effective alternative or addition to of standard heat treatment for alloy Zr1Nb.
