The aim of work in obedience to Requirement Specification is research of process of thermal dissociation of steams of pentachloride tantalum in a running vacuum system, oriented to the achievement of possibility of receipt of coatings in thick about 250 micron, and also distancing ledges in an about 1,75 mm high from a tantalum. Coatings are used for forming of impermeable corrosive-proof shell on elements targets from a tungsten, that use for generuting of neutrons in setting "Source of neutrons" of NSC "Kharkov institute of Physics and Technology". Methods of researches are realization of calculations of equilibrium degree of transformation of pentachloride tantalum depending on a temperature and pressure in the optimal interval of their change and experimental realization of technological process of coverage the tantalum of model plastins from a tungsten. Properties of coatings are got and investigational in thick about 250 micron from a tantalum on a graphite, tantalum and tungsten. Three variants of rigging for overcoating of tantalum are worked out and tested on the surface of plastins and on their side, and also for forming of distancing ledges. Coverage is realized as an impermeable shell on an experience party of model plastins from the tungsten of next size: 48 mm x 48 mm x 4,7 mm.
