The studies were carried out by the method of inverse pole figures (ZPF). An original method was used, differing in the use of the texture parameter Cairns (TP) with analyzing of the dependence of its value on the degree of deformation. The stages of changes in TP with degrees of deformation were revealed. The structural nature of each of the stages was analyzed. It was established that in the formation of the deformation texture of the plates and strips of these materials, the twinning system plays an exceptional role, mainly the twinning system, stretching with the participation of compression twins.
