Information × Registration Number 0218U006585, 0113U004199 , R & D reports Title The improvemen of combat, physical and tactical-special training the professional skills of the staff of the police. popup.stage_title Head Konev Alexander Yuryevich, Registration Date 20-06-2018 Organization Odessa state university of internal affairs popup.description2 FIRE TRAINING, WEAPON EMPLOYMENT, TACTICAL TRAINING, TACTICAL-SPECIAL TRAINING, POLICE ACTIVITY, POLICE MEASURES, PREVENTION, PREVENTIVE ACTIVITY.Research object -is the legal relationship that arises in the field of combat, physical and tactical-special training of education applicants, enhancement of professional skills of law enforcement officers and determination of ways to improve it.The main purpose of the study is to develop substantiated normative and organizational-practical proposals, the implementation of which should ensure the effectiveness of training of cadets in fire and tactical training.Methods of research - dialectical method, historical-legal method, method of system-structural analysis, dogmatic method, comparative- legal method, formal-logical method.Results and their novelty - on the basis of analysis of the current legislation provisions, practices of its application and theoretical sources, practical experience of combat, tactical - special training: it is highlighted the fire training as a profile discipline in the system of departmental educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine; specifics and features of fire training are revealed; necessity of comprehensive training of such disciplines as fire training, tactical-special training and tactical medicine is substantiated; legal principles of the implementation of academic mobility programs in the field of training cadets and students are revealed;police activity peculiarities of concerning public safety and order protection are studied. For the first time, a sighting unit for firearms with code "Migdal-2АК", which is mounted on firearms and essentially protects the law-enforcers'lives during a fire confrontation with the enemy, was developed.The results of the study are implemented in the practical work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and in the educational process of the Department of Internal Affairs. During the conducting the research, 6 textbooks and manuals were issued, one manual, 178 articles and abstracts were published, 5 round tables were held.
