The purpose of the carried out researches is the analysis of features of transformation of energy in a mechanical system of the electric drive. Objectives of the study: - identification of the causes of increased vibroactivity; - determination of vibration power components; - determination of the functional relationship between the ratio of the resonant and natural frequencies of the oscillatory system and the rate of change in the frequency of the driving force; - simulation of vibrations of a vibration-insulated engine with an imbalance in non-stationary modes. Object of research. Elements of vibration-proof fastenings of an asynchronous motor on a foundation foundation. The subject of research. Calculation scheme and mathematical model of a mechanical oscillatory system with one degree of freedom. Main scientific and practical results, their significance. The theoretical scheme and mathematical model of the mechanical system of an asynchronous electric drive is theoretically justified and developed. The process of forming the vibrational power in the spatial coordinate system under the stationary operating mode of the electric drive is considered. The obtained analytical expressions for the vibrational power show the interrelation of the parameters of the mechanical oscillatory system, the force action from the motor side and vibration. Based on the simulation results of nonstationary processes, a functional dependence between the parameters of the nonstationary process and the frequency at which resonance is observed is revealed. Based on the simulation results, regression models have been obtained, which allow to determine with high accuracy the frequency at which resonance amplification of vibration occurs in the system. The results of the research give fundamental regularities of the vibration processes associated with the defects of the fastenings of induction motors.
