The object of investigation - mechanism of counteraction of information-psychological influence on personnel under conditions of information-psychological warfare. The aim of research work is analysis of modern information counteraction peculiarities, identifying core methods, means and approaches of hidden information influence on person's (serviceman's) mentality; to establish of integral image of hidden influence on person's (serviceman's) mentality; to provide recommendations on enhancing counteraction of hidden information influence on person's (serviceman's). Methods of investigation are analysis and after action review, method of comparable characteristics, expert analytical evaluation. Information resources were gathered, analyzed and summarized at the first step of technical task "Information counteraction during hybrid warfare", code "Counteraction". As well on its base negative influence of information-psychological warfare in modern armed conflicts were identified, main forms, methods and approaches of information-psychological warfare were analyzed as well tendencies of its development and new types of informational weapons and means of technical-psychological influence.
