The object of study is the system of improvement of operational standards of training, methodological support for the organization and conduct of combat training at the Army with the requirements of normative documents, methodical materials on carrying out of combat training. The work purpose - development of proposals for improving the system of combat training of the SV of the armed forces of Ukraine taking into account experience gained during the antiterrorist operation (ATO). During the research and research methods were used for logical-heuristic, comparative analysis and system synthesis. In the work the analysis of guidelines and methodical documents on planning of combat training, the existing system and current state of the organization and conduct of combat training of Armed Forces of Ukraine, the armed forces of NATO member states and the states adjacent to Ukraine, identifies prospective directions for improving operational standards on combat training in conditions of further ATO conduct. There are established common views on the organization and conduct of combat training in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as the main issues of organizing and carrying out the combat training activities of Armed forces, which arise during the further reformation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, were developed and substantiated, as well as proposals for the improvement of the combat training system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine taking into account the experience gained during the ATO. The conclusions of the analysis of the use of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the ATO and the combat operations in the East of Ukraine confirm and determine the main tasks: the creation of high-level, professional, well-equipped and fully equipped armed forces capable of conducting active military operations in any variant of the warfare, during the "hybrid war" and armed conflicts, to perform certain tasks in defense of the interests of the ukrainian people. In modern economic and political conditions for military units (divisions) of the Army, improving the quality of combat training as the main tool for the realization of military capabilities is a priority, and training highly qualified military experts is a priority. It is possible to do this if modern forms and methods of training soldiers are used, the conditions of their use in the educational process, the organization and order of the main types of classes, exercises. Military units must organize and conduct combat training as part of tactical groups until the acquisition of definite combat capabilities through the comprehensive development of combat and combat training tasks according to combat training standards. Today it is possible to accomplish this task by developing proposals for improving the system of combat training of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine based on its experience in troops involved in the implementation of combat missions at the East of Ukraine.
