The object of research is the products of speech activity (from a single word to the whole speech stream), recorded on physical media (audio, video). The purpose of the work is to develop methodological recommendations for identifying certain socio-biological characteristics of a person by oral speech for obtaining the most complete information about a person. Theoretical and practical results - the object, object, tasks and algorithms of diagnostic studies of oral speech were determined in order to establish certain social and biological characteristics of the speaker: sex, height, weight, age, etc.; native language and place of language and speech skills formation; level of education of the person; profession and social environment of a person. Novelty - for the first time, methodological recommendations for the determination of socio-biological characteristics of a person by verbal speech were developed for the first time. The effectiveness of the implementation - methodological recommendations will allow experts to fully address the objectives, increase the professionalism of research, argumentation and evidence of the findings of experts. The field of use - the results of the research work will be implemented in the expert practice of linguistic research of video and audio expertise.
