Theoretical and practical results - an algorithm for solving problems regarding the determination of the compliance of the personnel of the management bodies and the fire and rescue units during fire and rescue operations with the requirements of normative documents and fire and tactical techniques of combat operations has been developed. Novelty - For the first time a technique has been developed that will promote a unified approach to conducting forensic fire-technical expertise in this area of ??research. The effectiveness of the implementation - systematization of the approach to the solution of expert tasks of fire and technology research. The scope of use - the results of the work should be used in the activities of expert institutions of the MOJ of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, as well as experimental and testing laboratories of the SNS of Ukraine.
