The purpose of the work is to create a method for conducting forensic economic examinations related to operations with land plots. Theoretical and practical results: the general normative provisions concerning the use of land plots have been given, the analysis of modern expert practice has been carried out and a detailed algorithm for conducting expert appraisals concerning operations with land plots has been provided. Novelty - For the first time a method of conducting forensic economic expertise on business operations with land plots has been created. The effectiveness of the implementation of the developed methodology will more fully meet the needs of forensic experts in conducting research and reduce the terms of expertise. The sphere of use in expert practice during conducting of judicial economic examinations and expert researches in the decision of questions concerning research of operations with the land plots.
