Theoretical and practical results - the methodical recommendations on application of separate scientific methods and norms of the current legislation are given at the decision by the forensic-economic examination of questions on determination of the size of material damage caused to the employee in the production. Novelty - for the first time a method of conducting forensic economic research on determining the size of pecuniary damage caused to a worker in the production is developed. The effectiveness of the implementation - the developed method will contribute to a qualitative and objective compilation of expert conclusions on determining the amount of pecuniary damage caused to the employee in the workplace.
