The purpose of the work is to develop and study methods and software for high-performance intelligent processing of large data in technical and biomedical diagnostic systems. Methods of research - methods of computational intelligence, methods of decision making theory, optimization, parallel computing. In the development of mathematical support for intelligent processing of large-scale data in diagnostic and decision-making tasks the analysis of methods for deep training of neural networks was carried out. Methods of induction of diagnostic rules on the basis of parallel computing and methods of computational intelligence (decision trees, association rules, negative selection) are proposed. Methods and models of decision support are developed in the choice of competing alternatives that allow solving the practical problems of technical and medical diagnostics connected with the necessity of processing both numerical data and expert information. Methods for the dimension reduction of big data, allowing to reveal non-informative attributes and instances of the training sample are created. Parallel methods for the synthesis of neuro-fuzzy decision-making models are developed, which, by integrating existing expert knowledge with the methods of machine learning according to precedents, as well as parallel computing, allow us to construct diagnostic models characterized by high interpretation.
